The Hill
Known as the last Little Italy in America, this Italian neighborhood is truly a gem of Saint Louis. It also has special significance to Meghan and Chad as the location of their first date and engagement! At the heart of this proud community is the beautiful church of Saint Ambrose. In addition to this spiritual bedrock of the neighborhood, there is a plethora of exceptional Italian restaurants such as Cunetto House of Pasta and Gian-Tony’s. Finally, be sure to stop by one of the best local markets at John Viviano & Sons Grocers.
Ted Drewes
A St. Louis fixture for more than 80 years, Ted Drewes is the place to indulge in one of their famous frozen custard concretes.

Fox Theater
The Fox is known for its grand musical productions. Patrons can enjoy shows such as Wicked, Les Miserables, and Hamilton. Its stunning architecture adds to the glamorous, theatrical ambiance.

Saint Louis Symphony
One of Chad and Meghan’s favorite haunts, the Saint Louis Symphony is located in the exquisite Powell Hall downtown. The Symphony season encompasses a variety of classical music performances directed by the talented Stéphane Denève. Enjoy an elegant night of extraordinary music at this Saint Louis cultural landmark.

Missouri Botanical Gardens
One of the oldest botanical gardens in the United States, and a National Historic Landmark too! Get lost in the gardens for a beautiful afternoon.

Forest Park
This park has been around since the 1800’s, but it is most famous for housing the 1904 World’s Fair. Several of the buildings from that event are still standing, including the St. Louis Art Museum.
The St. Louis Zoo, the St. Louis Art Museum, and the Missouri History Museum are all located in Forest Park. And they are all free!

City Museum
This is no ordinary museum. It’s basically a large playground, for both kids and adults!

The Loop
This stretch of Delmar Boulevard is near Washington University and Forest Park and got its name from the streetcar turnaround that was located here. Be sure to visit Blueberry Hill for a good meal and Fitz’s Restaurant for some of the best root beer in town.
